Shipping Policies
Many of our products ship within 48 hours. However some take from 7-14 business days. We ship on a first come first serve basis. Our products are shipped by UPS with the standard UPS grounds rates.
Return Policy
Our goal at CondosForCritters.com is to provide high quality products. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund, an exchange, or a credit of the full product cost less shipping and handling. Simply contact us to make arrangements for your return.
Backorder Policy
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an email letting you know that it is on backorder. You will have the option to wait for the backordered product, or to get a refund of your purchase price.
Damaged Goods Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to return a damaged product, contact us by email and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, you simply follow the instructions included with the RMA and return the product. When we receive the item we will repair or replace it, and immediately ship it back.
