How long does it take for my order to ship?
Many of our products ship within 48 hours. However some take from 7-14 business days. We ship on a first come first serve basis.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to return a damaged product, contact us by email and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, you simply follow the instructions included with the RMA and return the product. When we receive the item we will repair or replace it, and immediately ship it back.
How do I clean and maintain my pet crate?
Your dog crate can be cleaned using warm soapy water. Simply rinse a sponge in warm, sudsy water and wash down the inside and outside of the pet crate. Then rinse and let it air dry. Keeping the dog crate clean and dry prevents any mildew or sticky residue. (Do not use ammonia-based products to clean.)
